What is a Mystery Shopper?

Mystery shoppers act as normal customers to evaluate real customer experiences. You will visit, call, or browse like any customer and then submit an objective report.

Responsibilities

  • Act exactly like a normal customer (no disclosure at any time)
  • Follow the brief and scenario for each mission
  • Collect evidence as instructed (photos/receipts if applicable)
  • Submit your report within 24 hours of visit/call
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Confidentiality Policy

  • If selected and assigned, complete the mission as briefed
