Ethical Code of Conduct

As a ClueCheck Mystery Shopper, you are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity, objectivity, and professionalism.

1. Integrity & Honesty

• Submit reports that reflect your actual experience.
• Never embrace bias or prejudice in your evaluations.
• Do not falsify dates, times, or details of your visit.

2. Confidentiality

• Do not disclose your identity to the staff unless explicitly instructed (e.g., "Reveal Visits").
• Keep all assignment details and client identities confidential.
• Do not share reports or internal documents with third parties.

3. Reliability

• Only accept assignments you intend to complete.
• Submit reports within the specified deadline (usually 24 hours).
• Communicate immediately if you cannot fulfill a mission.
